"You guys really need to finish or do some up keep on this property"

We had a roof over our heads, air was good..

It looked unfinished in areas, tiles falling off in bathroom, big open pipe in bathtub, phone was from the 90’s & you had to repair before using.

Nothing.

Facility had roaches! There was also mold. Fresh towels were dirty and front desk tried to argue that they were clean. Dirty curtains. Dirty bedsheets. And dirty restroom. Sink had spit and toothpaste from previous guest. I never saw housekeeping. Some staff were VERY rude and dismissive to guest. Elevator barely worked. The entire hotel smelled. This place should be shut down. The walls were filthy. Pullout bed was so smelly. Asked if we could change rooms and we were told yes but would have to pay full price and would not be getting a refund on the filthy room. Property is under construction so there is no common area or breakfast as advertised. Mother and son duo that work the front desk are extremely rude. Literally the only good thing about that place. Had to get new keys several times due to them not working. It was horrible!!! Horrible horrible stay. Sleeping on the street would have been better. Wasted $350. Never again! Shut this place down!

"HORRIBLE, NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN."

NOTHING THERE WAS NOTHING GOOD ABOUT THE STAY

THE ROOM WAS FILTHY, STUFF ON THE WALLS, THE TILE WAS BROKE IN THE BATHROOM, THE HOT WATER LASTED ABOUT 2 MIN AND THEN WAS COLD, THE ROOM WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE A COUCH WITH A BED AND IT DIDN'T. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO COME WITH BREAKFAST AND THERE WASNT ANY. IT WAS HORRIBLE, NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN AND WE HAVE MULTIPLE STAYS TO COME IN THE AREA!
