USUSWe left our room about 9:30am the first morning and didn't return until very late that night, long day on the lake only to find find our room hadn't been cleaned, bed unmade, no clean towels. When I confronted the front desk the next morning, their comment was did you ask for daily service? I said no why would I and their response was well our policy is not offer daily service unless you have asked. At over $300 a night I shouldn't have to ask for so.ething that is pretty standard in the industry. I wont stay at the property again. I had planned on 24 nights over the next 3 months but I'll take my money someplace else.

GBThe room was lovely, a good size with the separate areas for sleeping, sitting and bathroom. The shower had good water pressure. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Liked the shopping area with food to buy. Having a fridge freezer and a microwave made such a difference.
Slightly noisy vending machine next to the room.

This Best Western is top of the line, Kathyโs front desk staff is amazing the breakfast is awesome and most importantly fresh food always and very clean!
