There is a continuing problem with a payment of $1010.00 for the stay - the hotel staff has lost/misplaced the money, which is still an ongoing problem, which is trying to be straightened out. The money was withdrawn out of my bank account, which has been confirmed by my bank the beginning of August and the hotel still cannot find the money. I am presently dealing with the manager and the hotel finance department. Very disappointing and frustrating end to the vacation stay.
