"I won't stay here again."

Room was nice.

I didn't like having to pay $200 in cash (which was placed in a plastic bag and put in the safe) because I live in Pensacola. I thought this was weird and wasn't disclosed in the booking. When I received my cash deposit back at check out, the clerk acted like he was going to keep $20 for himself. Then he laughed and gave it to me. I just didn't feel that was professional at all. I won't stay here again.

The hotel was nice, but the elevator was a little sketchy. The surrounding area felt a little unsafe but the hotel itself felt secure. The staff and everyone were excellent!
