It was close to the service was attended

One of my guest found a used pair of dirt underwear in her bed, another room of Guest didn’t have a sink in it had to change rooms

The beds are the best

Room was not up to par dog hairs was everywhere

Shower head needs replace. Its have water rust contamination or replace for a new one. The couch needs deep cleaning. Has stain Room needs betterhouse hold air freshnets smells as well. All other ok.

The staff are professional and will go above and beyond to assist you.

This was a great place to stay! My 2 dogs even loved it. We have been traveling for nearly 3 weeks and our dogs have not taken to a room like they did this one. It was very clean, wide open and super comfortable. I wish i had stayed at this chain in my prior places. Very, Very nice! Oh..... they also have a "Share" locker that has games, mixers and other essentials you may want to use. BRILLIANT!!!

The appearance of the front desk staff at check in was very unprofessional. Nose Ring and T Shirt (not a T shirt representing property) Paying for a King Size Bed and being given two double beds. No refund for lesser room offered . Staff knew I was supposed to have a zKing Room because the Bill and check in sheet indicated such
