"Disappointed "

Nice hotel, but isolated. Advertised 'casino' but doesn't exist. Premium stations but reception is fair. Unless you are looking for a spa and nothing to do, I would recommend another jotek

"Great for Business"

Suites are huge and worth the upgrade. Great gym, massage and spa. Restaurants are excellent, especially the chinese ones. We even impressed our chinese partners with the food there. Great showers, water pressure is excellent. Clean linens and towels make this another great spot. Safe, clean, wifi for westerners, and accessibility make this is a great choice.

"Gorgeous hotel"

Only stayed here one night, but the hotel is beautiful with hand carved furniture in the lobby, huge, comfortable and well-appointed rooms. Highly recommend.

"Maintenance needs to be done"

I think they should have better English service and more friendly staff. Perhaps I have bad luck, but phone in the room was not working, few lights were not working, shower rain stuff was not working and climate control cant be adjust so its super crazy warm in the rooms. To me this hotel needs to have some maintenance done
