What's not to like from this place? For me it was the second year in a row staying at this property. Nice staff, great restaurants onsite, clean and quiet rooms and also a nice gym and spa. It is located close to the airport and there are many restaurants in the surrounding area with a variety of choices. A special thanks to the staff at the Pimento restaurant (where the breakfast buffet is served). We also had dinner there 3 times and thee staff was very nice, especially Bryann, who was very helpful with the requests for our last night to celebrate my niece's birthday. We will definitely return in the future to this hotel for our visits to Bogota.

The staff was attentive, friendly and available 24/7. The restaurants had great food. The gym, steam room…amazing. The messages were top class. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
