Hotel is great for business and events , staff are great and friendly. Rooms are spacious, but do need an upgrade. Restaurants in the hotel are tasty especially Patria and Factory. Location is conveniently next to airport, but quite far from Zone T. I recommend this hotel for business and your events.

Close to airport. About 8-10 km from downtown - takes 45-70 minutes by Uber. Hotel facilities and rooms are nice for a 15 year old place. Can’t rate higher than 3 because the food is subpar. Staff is ok. The Sheridan around the corner is a much better choice and cheaper.

Excellent accommodations and service. The staff here always go out of their way to be helpful and make sure your experience is delightful. The beds are comfy and the rooms are always clean. We’ve stayed many times and never had a bad experience.

The service was really good, espescially at the reception but also in the Executive Lounge and the japanese restaurant. The location of the Hotel is mixed. "Near" the airport but a long trip to Chapinero or La Candelaria. If you want to save some money then the nearby Bus station is helpful, e.g. for a trip to the Salt Cathedral in Zipaquira you can save 30-60 USD. You have a few Restaurants nearby. The negatives: The rooms are old and the shower was in the bathtub. You get along but it didnt feel very comfy. Good they have an Executive Lounge. But the food selection didnt convince me. The room itself is fine and the service good.
