Pool was unavailable 😢 we had 4 rooms king beds were great in 3 of 4. Rm301 needs be mattress Only one working elevator and it is very slow

The breakfast was not spectacular like other Springhills we stay at, they run out of tea, coffee etc fast and do not replenish
