"Can’t believe it’s 4.5 stars."

I am not sure how this property is a 4.5. We were given a list of places to stay and my wife chose this one based on 4.5 stars. Wall’s are paper thin. The bathtub almost fills completely while showering. There were enough towels and wash clothes for a couple not a family of 4. The front desk staff were completely lost. I travel for work but always stay Hilton. I will continue that trend.

I was surprised it got such good rating. I thought it was dated. The lamps did not have plugs for phones and such. There was not much to plug electronics into.

I was severely shocked when I opened the door of the accommodation. The old smell vibrated. When I opened the bathroom door, the red smell from the water poked my nose. Messy carpet. I opened the window and ventilated for a long time. But I forced myself to spend the night with the smell and a stinging feeling. I don't recommend this accommodation. I think we need to keep the carpet replacement and the facilities clean. Please don't hurt the traveler's feelings.

Property is well kept and it was nicely decorated for Christmas. It was very closed to attractions. I will definitely recommend to family and friends and stay again if I come back to Chattanooga
