Cleanliness and upkeep of grounds.

We enjoyed the local attractions. We visited Dollywood and Dolly's Stampede.

This was the eleventh time staying at RTiverstone. Each time before this time has been well worth the time and money. When I called the day before check-in, the host of Riverstone was rude and told me my reservation was canceled. It was too late to verify, so I had to wait to talk to a manager. It was not canceled after all, but I was treated with a high level of disrespect. When we got to the room, the hot water wouldn't work, the room was smaller than we had stayed in before, and we spent more money on less room. I was not impressed at all with our experience this time.

The staff was very friendly and provided an upgrade that was not requested, nice view of the golf course, comfortably furnished, clean and located close to many food and entertainment venues.

Entrance is in a high traffic area and limited which makes it a little difficult in busy times but that is a relatively small issue.

we booked this expecting more of a hotel experience. There is no restaurant on property or house keeping service. You are expected to take out your garbage, clean your dishes, make your bed, ect which is not what we wanted. I"m sure for people who have kids or are okay with that this place is great. It's just not a vacation to me.

Check in was fast and easy. Front desk was super polite and she had a fantastic personality. The room was beautiful, clean, and had a great view. The spa was wonderful. They were able to squeeze us in last minute. We would definitely stay there again!
