Our stay here was very pleasant. All the staff was very nice, helpful & seem to love where they work and it showed. The room was very neat and clean. It had all the amenities that was needed for our trip and more. The continental breakfast was fresh and had lots to chose from. We will definitely plan to stay again in the future.

Had hoped that I could write a good review as we have stayed here many times, but this weekend we experienced money over empathy. Had planned to visit our daughter for the weekend (college) and prepaid for a room for 2 nights. The day before leaving, had an immediate family go into the hospital so we planned to come up, get our daughter and take her back with us in the event something happened. Ask the hotel if there was any way to cancel the last night based on circumstance and was told they could not. We know it’s our fault for booking a prepaid room, what is upsetting is the hotel fabricating they can’t do anything rather than they will not cause we booked prepaid. Being a Platinum Elite member, we stay at many Marriott’s so have had this occur in the past, with the hotel even volunteering to cancel a night. While we will stay with Marriott, we will not stay at this hotel when we come for our visits. Just be honest and show some empathy.

We stayed for three weeks, so you could say we got comfortable! We always look for places with full kitchens and suite setups since we travel with hundreds of pounds of luggage and often have long stays. We arrived late and were first placed in a room that smelled strongly of animals and mildew. The next morning, the staff happily switched our room — no hassle at all, which was much appreciated. The hotel itself is older but stayed packed the entire time we were there, which says something. The outdoor grill area is definitely a plus for longer stays. As for the front desk staff, I’ve never met a friendlier, more down-to-earth group — truly like family. They were always willing to help in any way they could. We tend to keep the “Do Not Disturb” sign up (“leave us be,” lol), but housekeeping decided to open the door and place the sign inside the room — um, where do they do that at? No ma’am. Some of the housekeeping staff weren’t the most personable, but they were helpful when needed. Anything we requested was provided, fixed, or promptly handled. Overall, a comfortable extended stay with standout front desk staff and convenient amenities.
