Location and service people.

Rooms and Bathroom cleanliness, amenities in the bathroom, bathroom fixtures, breakfast buffet, hygiene, smelly and very old carpets in the corridors, very little choice in the dinner menu, malfunctioning TV’s in the room.

Freundliches Personal, zentrale Lage am New Market, Gastronomie auf dem Dach

Sehr restriktive Zahlungsweise: keinerlei Rückmeldung zu meinem Hinweis auf 4 Fake Rechnungen (Buchung direkt) und Zimmer gecancelt, da ich bei diesem Vorlauf skeptisch war und um Bezahlung bei Ankunft gebeten hatte. Darauf hin Buchung über Booking.com und Vorauszahlung, Flug verpasst, keinerlei Erstattung (vom Lindsay, von Booking.com 13 €). Und das wo ich seit 20 Jahren dort Kunde bin!

Excellent location, helpful staff, efficient reservation desk staff, good breakfast. Helpful front desk staff helped us when we had to cut short our trip due to unavoidable reasons and arranged partial refund as per norms. That was great gesture. Overall decent hotel

The bathroom could be renovated and made more modern
