When we checked in, we were told that there will be some water maintenance the following day for a few hours...thankfully we were out during those hours. We came back and it was black, muddy water from the sink to the toilet and the shower...it took 20 minutes to run all the water to drain the yuck from all the faucets and the toilet. That is an inconvenience for a guest to be dealing with . The breakfast brunch....for the amount of the food which is very pricey....there's not much to choose from. The body wash/shampoo was watered down

Nothing special with the breakfast. The location is ok.

The television is very old, We were not be able to watch movie with our USB because it is not compatible with your TV.

"Only the location good as it is close to Industrial Park."

Location of Microelectronics is good for us as we.visited the Industrial Park to see our friends. Other than that the hotel is quite old and need refurbishing. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The facilities are old and not worth the money charged.
