Good location

We read and tried to get wifi but it wouldn’t work

we loved the location and we also loved how we got upgraded to the ocean view room, the apartment was a really good size

we didn’t like how we had to wait till 2pm for check in and when we got there at 9am from our flight they just told us to leave our luggage in the lobby which we didnt feel was safe.

The location was ok: walking distance to Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach. The tram was also walking distance easy and quick access to popular areas without the need to use our car.

**Very disappointing stay — and zero communication from management ** I stayed in **Apartment 28** from **27 Dec 2025 to 2 Jan 2026**, and the condition of the unit was far below an acceptable standard for the price paid. On arrival, the apartment had multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues, including dust, crumbs, dirty microwave, unvacuumed carpet, mould on the shower screen, cockroaches, and an unclean balcony with dying plants and even someone’s underwear left outside. Housekeeping attended the next day but only completed partial cleaning. Since checking out, I’ve submitted a **formal complaint** and followed up several times. Despite this, I have received **no meaningful response, no update, and no timeframe** from management. For an issue this significant, the lack of communication has been extremely disappointing. Future guests should be aware of these concerns, both with the apartment’s condition and the resort’s failure to address complaints.
