Good hotel for the price

The property needs a renovation.The WiFi through out the hotel is really terrible.I must admit that the staff went above and beyond to help me in this area by changing my room and giving me a router.The kitchen had cockroach’s in it.Overall the room is very spacious.Even though they say no smoking in the room I smelt smoke coming through the air conditioning system every morning.

Pattaya has many options for accommodation, it really depends on what you are looking for. My requirements was 1. decent size room, over 350 square feet 2. Out of the hussle and bussle, but within walking distance 3. Around under $A70 per night, preferably with breakfast. This ticked all my boxes. This hotel is not for everyone, the hotel is very old style; would have been magnificent in its day. The rooms are huge and the toilets/shower area is brilliant. The furniture is very old style, not in bad state of repairs, just old fashion. I liked the hotel, my wife did not have the same opinion. By the end, she changed her mind. Pool OK, but needs repairs. I had friends staying a short distance away paying nearly twice the amount and room size very small. Breky average but adequate buffet. Some will not like this others will think it good enough. Leave it up to your own opinion.

I saw some bad reviews on this property and they are absolutely false. Yes it’s an older property but you get lots of extra space, nice balcony, big pool, clean workout facility, get staff

Nice hotel big room quite area

This was the second time we stayed here. Pros: spacious, theme of decorations, friendly staff; Cons: a bit far from the beach and actions, very limited options for breakfast. Forgot to mention to the staff that the balcony door doesn't lock.

Room #223 2 x Nights Booked via Agoda 4th stay here at this hotel but the WORST EVER Room has INGRAINED DIRT & GRIME and suffers from a massive lack of Care and attention. No maintenance and no update leaves the room feeling TACKY, DIRTY and UNCARED for. Bed Sheets were NOT changed Daily :( I unplugged the Telephone from the wall and my Fingers were left covered with a Lumpy Greasy sludge from the cable.... YUK The Buffet Breakfast was acceptable not a large choice but what they provided was Yummy and plentiful - Eggs cooked to your liking at the Egg Station. Minimal noise from outside which meant you were able to Sleep Good :) Staff were pleasant and friendly. We would NOT choose to STAY here again.

Everything was great, very good stay. Iftikhar helped a lot. Breakfast and cleaning was great. Really fascinating view from the rooftop. The bar was great as well. Short walk to the beach. The beach is clean and good

Very old hotel and very bad internet, and even if you book the room for 2 persons, they still want to charge extra if you bring a girl to your room, I tried to check out early due to it was not as I expected, but they just said it was not possible because I already checked in and payd
