Palais Du Desert Hotel & Spa

We visited during early July and there was no one else even on the property. Even though we were the only ones there, we were treated like royalty. The staff was very professional and kind.

all the staff were very friendly and helpful. 30 min after our booking, we got welcome message from the manager Mr. Abdelghani, who did welcome us personally and did try to organize dinner as we arrived around midnight. Breakfast is very good as the food in the hotel restaurant. Good internet connection We had junior suite, nice, clean and comfortable The hotel location is good, close to several nice places and about 1h drive to the Airport.

This is a surprisingly large Hotel in Erfoud… the design is Classical Arabic architecture which suits the area perfectly… it is an ideal place to relax and chill after a desert trip… the rooms are huge and very well arranged. It was very quiet throughout our stay, probably due to the season… The breakfast and dinner were excellent and some of the best food we have tasted in Morocco. A special thank you to Abdelghani( manager) and Abdu Samar ( waiter) who did everything possible to ensure we had a great experience

The atmosphere in the bar & restaurant was a little quiet due to low occupancy

It was my birthday and the hotel staff was all wonderful in making my stay at this hotel very special. The room was very spacious and comfortable. It was nicely located just by the desert. We had dinner and the food was great, with a surprise birthday cake prepared for me, which was so heartwarming. I highly recommend this hotel.

The area. Everyone was gentle. The breakfast was excellent. The pools were nice as well.

Because there’s always wind blowing if we opened the window we had some sand coming in.

Incredible friendly and professional service from the manager Mr Abdelghani and his excellent team. We had a lovely stay here recuperating after a night in the desert. So nice to have an actual bath, not just a shower. A fabulous buffet for dinner with very courteous service from all the wait staff. The hotel itself is lovely, with good use of pretty lighting in the evening and nice plants.

The towel rail in the bathroom was loose and needs repair.

The room was a nice size and comfortable. The bathroom was nice as well and included amenities commensurate with a luxury hotel, including an actual bidet.

Aside from the room, there was a lot left to be desired for a luxury hotel stay. The staff were fine. The room was not made up during the day even after we hung the sign on the door for cleaning service and asked the front desk to have the room cleaned as we left for the day. Dinner and breakfast were not great and expensive. The restaurant manager was nice but bullied us into keeping an overpriced can of coke on the bill after we told him we didn't want it and didn't touch it during dinner because "the manager had left for the night". Upon checkout, the hotel manager presented me with the bill which included charges for the hotel and breakfast which had been prepaid through booking.com. When I mentioned that the room and breakfast had already been paid with the reservation, the manager insisted that booking provided them with the billing info but it hadn't been done so I had to show my statement to get him to remove the charges from the final bill.

The Hotel manager and all other employes made us feel very comfortable and at home. All wishes were fulfilled and the Hamam was incredibly relaxing. We will come again!
