Hotel Tip Top Plaza

The most clean and hospitable place to stay. The hostel has a long history of consistent customer satisfaction and they have proved it time to time. A HIGHLY RECOMMENDED choice in Thane and Mulund. Will be visiting again. The staff under the guidance of Chetan sir, keep a tab of comfort over anything else during the stay. Kudos!!

This is my 2nd year when I stayed at Hotel Tip Top Plaza. Both the times, I had a great experience. I have no words to express how candid and helpful the whole staff was. Let me start with the names of the associates who made my stay at Hotel Tip Top Plaza very pleasant. Ajay and his team members at the front desk were very helpful and attentive. During this stay (July-2024), I was unable to book the hotel on my day of arrival in Mumbai but Ajay and his colleagues stayed in touch with me until I got the room to stay at the same location. Since I am a hedge fund manager and was staying close to my family, I needed an extra table to accommodate multiple monitors in my room. So that I could trade during the US Market hours. I hate myself for not remembering the name of the front desk associate who was even more helpful to me last year (June-July 2023). He arranged the table in less than an hour on my request. I do know that if I would made this kind of request in any other hotel, it would have been turned down but not at Hotel Tip Top Plaza. I can’t thank enough for the staff members for taking care of their clients and especially when it is not necessary to complete every client request(s). Now let me start with Mr. Naren who looks over dining and always very attentive to every client request and needs during early morning breakfast. I still remember the “Misal-Paav” that I had during my stay in June-July 2023. I have noticed that Mr. Naren pays attention to every customer that walks into the breakfast room and have an eye for details and customer needs. The cleaning staff at the hotel is very courteous and their manager always have a good smile on his face while directing his staff members. Finally, I would like to mention Mr. Chetan Bhanushali. I have stayed at finest hotels from Las Vegas to Paris to London to New York. You name it and I have been there but I have never seen a gentleman hotel manager with an “ever” smiling face who is attentive to client requests and needs. I have seen Mr. Chatan on the hotel floor for more than 12+ hours and working very hard with a smile to make sure that the place is running very well. He is a gem of person with high work ethics. His passion for the work is contagious and no wonder that all front desk managers/associates do their job excellently under Mr. Chatan’s leadership. All kudos to him for his work ethics. I look forward to my next stay at Hotel Tip Top Plaza next year during late-June 2025.

Very good property . The food veg but good test , Hospitality was excellent , specially the front desk Manager , Mr Chetan Bhanushali was so polite and helpful, make my stay fabulous . I wish to go again and again . I strongly recommend people should stay once in next Mumbai/Thane visit

Very good Experience. Chetan is very helpful and solves all issues very promptly. Excellent services. I visit Thane very frequently and stay in this hotel. The Hotel is Centrally located and transportation is easily accessible. Shall visit again very soon. The overall experience is excellent

I used to stay round the year here, excellent hospitality, Chetan from front desk makes sure that we get proper service, service is too good, food is also very good,justifies the name, it's really Tip Top...............................

The central AC in the room. Could not control or set the temperature to desired value...it would go very cold during the night, becos the thermostat to control the cool temperature was not setting as expected I strongly suggest that each room have a separate split-AC instead of central AC...and also a cieling fan should be there in case we need air circulation in the room to breathe...
