the hotel is located very far from airport and is abit run down. the services provided are good except the ambience is rather dull.

"You get what you pay for"

The hotel is near Fort Kochi (10 min tuk tuk - 40-50 Rupees) but not in the heart of things which can be good. There are lot of hotels near princess st which can be a little cheaper but I thought Hotel Abas was worth the little bit more. The room was relatively clean and it did the basics well. I found it interesting that it was cheaper to book it on Expedia than to book at the hotel. I wanted to extend my stay and therefore, had to rebook using expdia.
