Nothing was good about the accommodation except the location

Firstly the staff were so rude to my elderly parents who had just travelled and needed a good night rest. They billed the amount and since my parents requested why it was more than it showed in email, would have been nicer if they informed in a courteous way that it includes taxes . instead they said either pay or leave and weren't even willing to the itemized bill. After a brief discussion it was written on a piece of bill with no information. Note the time was 10:30pm and it's unfair to speak so. The room was below average with torn and dirty sheet. When asked to change they were least bothered. Would never stay at this place as there is no difference between this place and the filthy ones!

The staff was amazing and helpful. Very Good place to stay. Staff members were good and cooperative.
