There is nothing that i didn't like But nice if shaving kit, paste & brush & shower cap provided.

Room service was poor and often did not happen. Not the cleanest hotel in not the safest area

Location is good.

Staff is very rude. For a pinch of salt I need to call at least 10 times. Dinner was below standard. Morning check out experience was very very bad.

Overall the stay was pleasant. The room was excellent. The breakfast and dinner was good. The staff was courteous. Checkin and checkout was smooth. I was provided early checkin without much wait. The hotel was neat and clean. The hotel is near to MI road and many good shops and restaurants are nearby. It’s also near to many historical landmarks which makes it a best place to stay if anyone is there to explore the historical places.

It’s a charming property situated right in the centre of town.

Hotel rooms are specious, neat and clean. Worth every penny paid.
