The front desk/reception staff gave us a warm welcome and were friendly throughout our stay. Housekeeping did a good job every morning by changing the bed sheets and replenishing toiletries promptly. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. Appreciate the hotel accommodated our request for a late check-out.

The food was decent, although I believe there is some room for improvement in terms of taste and variety.

The staff are very courteous.

Suddenly no water in the bathroom WC and the Air conditioning stopped functioning when we asked they say some maintenance work is on . Water being asked to drink takes more than 30 mins.

"Excellent stay"

Overall service is good. Expecting little more quick services at rooms in the morning time. Add live kitchen in the resturant for morning breakfast.
