Beverly Hotel

It's not a new hotel but reasonably well maintained. Had some issues with reception but they sorted it out Overall OT was a nice stay Morning buffet was simple and good and staff very helpfull

A guy in reception was a bit rude

Buffet breakfast, location, many staff helpful , comfortable room

Cleanliness can be better, one receptionist was rude, some room devices were repaired after we took the room. the reception washroom overflowed and place was stinking of urine

Very old hotel. Staff attitude needs lot of improvement. Basically, staff is adamant and not there to help us. Room is very old. Overall hotel requires upgradation in a big way and entire team needs to hired afresh to go a long way. Room Service, not good. Reception not good. Only good thing is they have hired differently abled for house keeping.

It is the go to hotel for me when ever I am visiting Poonamalle high road. It is a no frills buisness hotel in a silent locality.largely comfortable stay.The age of the property is showing up now..but loyal customers like me like this place considering the location,good staff decent breakfast

Great staff and service..they accomodated all our requests and were very professional. I only wish the a/c was little better .the location was not that great to take a walk around or not close to much attractions .but overall the staff and service was great

The location was what we wanted though it was a short stay so couldn't explore the suuroundings. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

The bathtub was old, could do with a more newer one!!!!
