Beverly Hotel

The service is very good. Suggest to fix Charging points near bed. Though the Hotel provide an extension cord, still it is good if you can fix 2 on either side of the bed.

Fantastic trained staff . Excellent high quality amenities . Near metro and bus stop . Ample parking . Suites are perfectly designed. The best part is the amazing sleep you get surrounded by greenery old style trees quiet rooms. My most memorable experience and commendable staff is Mr.Muthu who went above and beyond the call of duty and took responsibility during an emergency in midnight to help us. Sandhya at the restaurant is very attentive and cheerful always . Quick on her feet and remembers customers preferences even before we walk in ! Amazing staff. Do meet Beverly's star at the reception Mr.Muthu and rest assured customer exultation is his primary goal .

Our group had a pleasant and comfortable stay.. The breakfast spread was sumptuous . Excellent service by Ms.Jennifer, Mr Muthu, Mr. Jaffar and Mr.Naresh Kumar. Thanks for helping our group have a memorable stay at your hotel. The 24 hours check in check out policy was very helpful.

To be honest, this is an exceptional hotel. The environment, cleanliness, all kinds of facilities, and communication system here are truly excellent. In addition, the staff are very sincere, and one person who must be mentioned is none other than Mr. Naresh—an incredibly warm and sincere individual. Even now, my family members still remember and feel Mr. Naresh’s kindness. Thank you, Mr. Naresh, and everyone involved.

I will go back to this hotel because of the following: 1. Professional and knowledgeable staff. 2. Very pleasant and ever ready to help no mater what part of the day/night ( i arrived at 2am and the gentlemen that checked me in welcomed me as if i was his own family). 3. The rooms ( i stayed in multiple rooms because i travelled a few times) are very clean and comfortable. 4. The beds are good. 5. The breakfast that is include is excellent and i am sure if you are a lover of south Indian food , you will enjoy. 6. The lobby is very nice and welcoming. 7. The house keeping staff especially Vimala and her team are very professional and do a good job ( always greeting the guest with a very warm smile). 8. The corridors are always quiet. 9. Very good location, not too far from most of the important city locations. 10. Easy access to auto rickshaws and Uber cars. 11. Door men are very helpful. Things to be improved: a) Room phones are old and most of them have issues. b) Need to increase the size of the TV monitors. c) TV needs better content, too much of local content. d) The gym is too small and not equipped. Over all this is a fantastic hotel for the price you pay. Safe , secure, good location and wonder staff. I will come back every time i visit Chennai. Thanks to Beverly for a memorable stay in Chennai.
