The location is good

Overpriced and not so well maintained rooms. Noise disturbance was also continuous throughout the day.

The clean pool although nowhere to lie to relax and enjoy the sun. Pool towels available on demand

Staff very tip oriented always waiting after a job. Nowhere to lie down by pool side or shade If sleeping on 4th floor noise from restaurant above can be very noisy in the evening

They didn't accept visitors and booked the room for two people and they ask married certificate.. and the manager so rude with me.. I am a 15 years of booking.com customer I never have this kind of experience and I don't know why booking.com have this kind of properties

Dear Hotel Management/Customer Service team, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel, from the 8th to the 13th of Feb . Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected, and I feel compelled to bring the following issues to your attention: 1. Unhygienic Conditions: Upon checking in, I was disappointed to find that the room was not up to standard in terms of cleanliness. The bathroom had plenty of tiny hairs on the shower area, bad smell, and the linens appeared unclean with small sall stains . Additionally, there was dust and debris in various areas of the room, which gave the impression that proper cleaning protocols were not followed. 2. Loud Noise: Throughout my stay, I experienced continuous loud noise coming from the hallway, adjacent rooms, or any other source, where there was 4 to 5 rooms by some local people ad they was having a wedding event in the same hotel . The noise made it extremely difficult to rest or enjoy my time at the hotel. I attempted to address this by contacting the front desk, but the issue was never resolved. 3. Poor Management: I was also frustrated by the lack of responsiveness and professionalism from the hotel management. Despite my attempts to discuss the situation and seek a resolution, I did not receive any adequate assistance or compensation for the inconveniences I faced. The staff seemed indifferent to my concerns, which only worsened my experience. They made it even worse by moving us to the 1st floor, where the club is just below us. The customer service rest assured it's a sound proof, but it was not . We hardly got a chance to sleep during our stay in this hotel . Given the severity of these issues, I kindly request a refund or compensation for the inconvenience caused. I believe it is essential that these matters be addressed promptly to ensure other guests do not face similar problems in the future.
