"Room Cleanliness Needs Improvement"

Overall, the complimentary breakfast was good, with a wide variety of food options, including vegetarian choices. The room was generally clean; however, the toilet area was not well maintained. We also noticed three small cockroaches in the room. It would be advisable for the hotel management to arrange proper pest control and improve bathroom cleanliness to ensure a better guest experience.

We had great experience in ‘THE RESIDENCY’. We went as a family of more than 50 members to have a get together for my parent’s 25th anniversary at the pavilion restaurant in The residency and the support they gave was awesome. Thank you to mr. Dinesh for making it all possible.He made everything smooth and we will never forget the support he gave us to make this dinner possible.He took care of the entire thing and managed the crowd really well on the day of event.All the waiters have done their job really well. The service was wonderful. Last but not the least the taste was amazinggggggg ❤️. We didn’t expect everything to be this good!! Thank you to the management and mr. Dinesh for the best experience.✨
