Staff very friendly

The tv of our room did not work and staff couldn't resolve it so no TV in our room for our stay , room could used more of deep clean !

We stayed 1 night and checked in late. Was convenient for us as we were going to Snows bbq next morning. Nice staff, quiet and clean rooms we would stay again!

Attitude of lady at desk. I asked for another caffeinated coffee for the room and she said she did not have any. I tole her I needed some, and she walked right to a cupboard and found the coffee. The coffee and juice machines were broken and the breakfast bar was very scant.

Staff was friendly and polite tried everything she could to help make my stay comfortable . Was not given no kind of discount because they didn’t have cable. I booked my stay on Thursday the 26th they said cable was out since Friday. Checked in Saturday no 48 hr advance notice to cancel.. I went to another hotel way much better and I had cell phone service. I didn’t like that I was not offered nothing. Past experiences even if I booked through an app I was given a free stay or a discount for my next stay… now that I have experience a better option I will book with them.

My third party reservation wasn’t available and instead of what I paid for I was offered a lower valued room without being compensated the difference.

Breakfast was lacking. Coffee machine was down!!

The bathroom had water all in the floor the night I got to my room. The carpet was soaking wet outside of the bathroom. I called the front desk and she came and said she fixed it. Toilet problem. The next morning there was water in the bathroom again And it was more into the carpet. I told the lady at the front desk and she had me another room In about 30 min. The coffee machine in the breakfast area was out of order all weekend and another coffee maker evidently couldn't be found.
