Quality Inn Rockdale

Room was clean, bed was comfortable.

Few minor issues. Lobby restroom was out of order. Upstairs ice machine was out of order with a sign, "Out of order, please use machine upstairs." I was upstairs... Room key needed to be reprogrammed a couple times. Tiring when you have to take stairs to get to second floor with non-working key card and no elevator in the building. Not terrible issues but goes a long way towards making it a great stay.

The hotel has little to no phone reception in the rooms. My particular room would not get the wifi signal. I asked the staff about it but they showed little concern. It's a great stay and location if you do not need to have phone service in your room.

I wish they would address the poor phone and wifi reception.

It was very clean and the staff were amazing.

The front door was broken and it has apparently been broken for months and still not fixed.

Location was perfect for my needs

Did not cancel or change the date on one room

Standard low cost place to sleep good cable tv

Front auto door still doesn't work third time in last three months it's still broken at least they should put a handle so you don't have to use your finger tips as many of these hotels I see pretty confused that this hasn't been fixed

Very friendly staff.
