Good location. Easy walk into the Centre. Treats & bowls in room for our dog, nice touch. No fridge in room which is a shame. No English channels on tv.

Covered free parking was a plus, as it's seems a rarity in French Hotels.

A quiet, spotlessly clean and value for money hotels in a beautiful town. The breakfast was excellent too.

This hotel has everything we needed. Plus, Sarah, our desk clerk, consistently gave us advice about where to go and she also answered all our questions, in either French or Engllish as we gradually began to use our stale French. The location was great, enough out of the overcrowded Sarlat center to feel independent, but close enough to walk up there at least twice a day. IBIS is well located (good parking upstairs) to drive out into the country to see the many, many unique sites. We did not get their breakfast, but either went across the street to a bakery or to the Lidl. There is no tea service in the room, but you can get their hot water from the machine in the breakfast room.

Room was ok with a comfortable bed although the bathroom was amazingly small. However the staff didn't seem to even try to make the guests comfortable. We were given only one bath towel for the two of us and the housekeeper was ungracious and very reluctant to give us another. The next morning, one of the towels and the bath mat were taken away without being replaced!
