"Wouldn’t book beach view room again. Hotel too busy for me."

"Food and beverage was amazing!"

This hotel located in a very famous area in Bali. Facing with Legian beach and easy access to shopping centre also. The atmosphere so nice and very clean hotel. Me and my wife came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we got free upgrade for our room. It was amazing. A huge room for a new married couple like us is so memorable. The staff are friendly and during our breakfast Haity came to our table and offering some jamu and juice that taste amazing. Too many trainees to mention but they all doing a great job. Would love to come back again to this hotel.

Stayed here for few nights, the services is the best especially from Astiti the guest experience She was so helpful even from before my arrival and during my stay. The room is huge, the breakfast has a lot of variety, Will definitely be back again The Bar team Artika and Michael made a very nice drinks.. Thanks to all the team at dinner time Mank Ayu, Sari, Gus ETA, and Arsana Will definitely be back again.

The room was spacious,bed was comfortable,Breakfast had a great range of different choices for all nationalities,the adults only infinity pool was the best so peaceful and relaxing.the staff were amazing. They even brought out a cake and sang Happy Birthday to me after we discussed I was there to celebrate my 50th bless them ❤️

The fitness staff name Ambara was outstanding throughout my stay. He was very polite, patience and eager to help. His positive attitude and excellent service greatly enhanced my experience. Pullman is really lucky to have him.

Very nice facility overall, the room is clean, the two pools are very nice as well as the breakfast.

The service is very poor, the staff is very young, even though very polite, they tend to forget what you ask, even for simple things, happened many times.
