GBGBKong who runs the restaurant is a very special person. Most of the women ( who do basically nothing ) at reception need replacing.
The fact I had to wait over an hour to get a taxi as the 4 ladies working at reception couldn’t manage even booking a taxi. I was 3mins late to order any food at the restaurant there so then had to wait 50mins to get a delivery. Nobody answers the phone.

สระน้ำในห้องพักไม่สะอาด มีฝุ่นในสระ ถึงแม้ส่งเจ้าหน้าที่มาแก้ไขแล้วแต่ก็ช่วยไม่ได้มาก สระส่วนกลางสะอาดดี แต่ต้นไม้น้อย ทำให้ลงเล่นช่วงกลางวันไม่ค่อยดี เพราะร้อนมาก

พนักงานต้อนรับ ไม่ใส่ใจลูกค้า รอห้องพักนาน ได้เข้าห้องพัก 16.15 น. แล้ว ไม่ชี้แจงเหตุผล ให้ลูกค้ารอโดยไม่แจ้งลูกค้า

ความสะอาดของผ้าปูที่นอน , ที่นอนค่อนข้างยุบ , ความสะอาดของสระว่ายน้ำ ควรสะอาดกว่านี้

DEDie Lage ist super ruhig mit direktem Strandzugang, Bar und Pool. Gutes Frühstück und gutes Restaurant für abends. In der Nachbarschaft aber auch gute seafood-Restaurants, die über den Strand problemlos erreichbar sind. Die Zimmer sind riesig und luxuriös mit sehr bequemen Betten. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Vorsicht bei dem wäschservice des hotels, hier wird pro Kleidungsstück abgerechnet, zu Preisen für eine Hose , zu denen man woanders mindestens 1 kg Wäsche gewaschen bekommt.
