"Allow visitors for free, be honest about the breakfast"

Okay in every way, not the best!

Charging extra for visitors when you have a two beds room. Lied about the free breakfast when actually was only 200 points which is not enough for to have breakfast meal for two people. Hiring bilingual staff would be a plus!
