The people at the hotel were nice. Tried to make things better with what they had to work with. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean.

Definitely not a Best Western Plus. More like a Motel 6. Upon checking in, found out I had to pay $25 per day for the Support Animal my brother-in-law had. HIs room had huge stains on the rug and a ceiling over the shower that was full of mold & we were afraid would fall. In our room, the coffee pot did not work. The switched it out for another. The chair at the desk would sink down when you sat in it. They replaced that but still was not able to sit in to do work. The breakfast for 2 of the days was chorizo and eggs. I guess they were cooking what the workers staying in the hotel liked. Coffee machine serves instant coffee, It is pretty bad. The kitchen consisted of a microwave and refrigerator (that all hotels/motels now have). Maid service did not happen while we were there for Wednesday-Saturday we were there. One young lady did knock on our door and ask us if we needed more towels on Thursday. They could not pull up my Rewards account to credit the stay.

Tv was way too small, but we were in town for the Thanksgiving Holiday so a tv wasn’t really needed.. I mean my Mac screen is bigger than the tv offered.
