Bellissima veduta su Catanzaro Lido e sulla deliziosa la piscina messa a disposizione degli ospiti. Ottima anche la scelta di prodotti offerti a colazione e comoda la presenza del ristorante in struttura.

Posizione scomoda sia rispetto alla Stazione di Catanzaro Lido che rispetto al centro di Catanzaro. Sarebbe gradito prevedere un servizio di navetta da e per la stazione ferroviaria, considerato che mancano sia bus che taxi.

La camera presentava diversi problemi: corda della doccia rotta, tenda strappata, lampadina non funzionante e nel comodino ho trovato persino un fazzoletto usato. Il frigorifero era rotto e non ci è stata data alcuna alternativa. Anche le sdraio in piscina sono vecchie e usurate, non all’altezza di un hotel a 4 stelle. Abbiamo segnalato tutto alla reception e ci era stato detto che avremmo ricevuto un rimborso, ma il servizio clienti ha smesso di rispondere alle mail e non abbiamo ottenuto nulla. Esperienza decisamente negativa.
