Rooms need to be redecorated. Beds and bedding need replacing. Bathrooms need to be bigger so you can move and get to the toilet. Funiture needs replacing.

Clean bed and room, although dated. Uncomfortable bed, but spoke 2 the proprietor who says they have plans upgrade the mattresses. Outstanding service - they could not do enough for us and went above and beyond 2make our stay as good as possible.

the staff were helpful and friendly, i would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a basic clean low cost place to stay in blackpool thanks for a great holiday.
