El precio del desayuno está caro. Lava mano estaba tapada y no se va el agua fácilmente.
MXEstupendas instalaciones, la ubicación y el fitness center, todo superó las expectativas. El desayuno buffet (con costo extra), muy sabroso, y el servicio del personal de la puerta, increíble.
La atención del personal de front desk pudiera ser más amable y con instrucciones más claras. Al entregarnos las llaves de entrada, y el código de wi-fi, no explican que el log-in es a través de "access code" y no de no. de habitación, como lo es en todos los hoteles. Al llamar a front desk, la persona te llama la atención y te dice que así no era, que lo estás haciendo mal. Cuando nunca hubo instrucciones desde el principio, y no es lo que te esperas al buscar apoyo por parte del personal del hotel.
MXEl desayuno estuvo muy rico y variado. Había varias opciones para diferentes gustos. También nos gustó mucho la alberca, al estar cubierta nos ayudó a disfrutarla mejor. Las bebidas del bar y su ambiente también son muy agradables.
No identifiqué algo que no me haya gustado, en general muy buen servicio y las instalaciones están perfectas.
