I’ve stayed here before and never had any problems. Location is great, rooms are decent. Breakfast is so-so. This stay was a bust, however. I checked in at 8:30 pm and they gave me an upgraded room. They subsequently assigned the same room to another couple. I was fast asleep when they arrived in my room at 1:00 am. That definitely woke me up and it took me an hour or two to get back to sleep. Although I was able to stay in the room the front desk cancelled my room keys so I had to go back down to the front desk after breakfast to get my keys activated. Not sure how they can book two parties in the same room but it was the first time it ever happened to me. Very unprofessional and very disappointing.

Website stated construction started in May and would be complete by June 9th... Consistent construction going on everywhere every day... Terrible breakfast...

They are in the middle of updating it and what they are doing to update it is beautiful

Road noise, slamming doors, uncomfortable bed, fair breakfast options, mold on pool decking.

This hotel is under construction so it’s a bit messy and only one elevator is working.

Good location. Hotel is in remodelation and gave us a handicapped room.

The location near downtown and the C&O bike path is great. Rooms are spacious. Guest laundry is available. The staff are friendly and checked us in early.

The hotel is a bit of a war zone with construction going on throughout. The noise can be deafening. The workers tie up both hotels so sometimes we had to take the stairs down four flights. Breakfast is a reduced menu and water was leaking from several points on the ceiling. Most of the Libby is blocked off with plastic sheeting. My “new room” smelled of paint and drywall (was warned). There were supposed to be two TV’s but there was just one since the large ones were in order. Bathroom sink did not drain. Curtain rods fell off. The room was bla..no color or artwork. This hotel should have been totally closed for renovations. I asked several times to speak to the manager, Jennifer, but that did not happen.
