The staff was so professional and friendly. The willingness to help in all situations was amazing to experience. A big shout out to Bohlale & Mr Seepa who were friendly and made us feel very welcome.

Breakfast was good. The space for breakfast is cramped.

I did not like the supper. It was overpriced for what was received. You received 5 crumbled mushrooms on a salad. Not acceptable im sorry. And you price it at a ridiculous cost. Thats not fair I will not have supper there again. Your bar is understocked. Everything was out of stock and the drinks took ages to come. The waiter/chef/ barman had to see to drinks and serve customers. It did not appear professional.

My second time staying at this Premier, everyone from security, to reception, to restaurant staff, were very friendly and accommodating. Spent some time in the lounge, they brought me the remote, changed the batteries and kept my glass topped up - I didn’t get names but those gents were top tier. The room is spacious, bed is big, bathroom was clean, can’t get cold with that heater

Unfortunately the food - enough pasta to feed a horse, as a result it was dry, but it was flavoursome

I struggle to connect on Wi-Fi

I got a wrong invoice. I booked two rooms for two persons but the invoice says one person. I asked them to correct it but they never did. So it means one person will not be paid by SAPS
