We had two rooms. My parents room had no water in the shower. Went down to let the front desk know and instead of moving rooms they sent an employee to look at it, which took time. My dad finally went and requested another room with no problem. That could have been the first step rather than waiting on a staff member to look at it, go find tools and come work on it. My room had a bunch of the Chinese lady bugs, which bite. I spent my time catching them all before going to sleep.

The location was great for me since I have family just around the corner. The facility was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was the beast I have had at a hotel.

Check in took a little bit of time. I believe the staff member helping me was new.
