Proximity to airport, cleanliness of the room

Very disappointed in the shuttle experience. We reserved this hotel because it was offering a shuttle service. Upon arrival we were told that we need to reserve the shuttle therefore we did as there were still 2 spots available. The following morning we descent to take the shuttle but we're told that shuttle was full and therefore they would order a Lyft for us. The Lyft was 17 min out and we needed to get to the airport faster therefore ordered an Uber. I didn't appreciate at all the service and the handling of the shuttle situation. I do not recommend this hotel if you rely on the shuttle service because even if you reserve it is for unsure you'll have a place.

The room was very clean, big

The pillows were hard, tried all 3. Also wanted to sit in the lounge to enjoy a drink, but had to order food and the drinks were very expensive.

Everything as far as comfort and facilities as expected.

We asked for a crib weeks in advance and it was not available. Hotel staff took 3 hours to find one and delivered at our room after midnight.
