The room we paid for was a king room and was supposed to be overlooking the lake. It was a disability room.
AUAUAUAUAfter a long day of travelling, it was a relief to arrive and be able to park easily using the free on-site parking. From the moment we entered the hotel, the level of security in accessing the rooms stood out and made the whole stay feel calm and safe. The room itself was clean, modern, and quiet. The king-size bed was generous and very comfortable, with four pillows that made settling in effortless. The air conditioning worked extremely well, and the hot shower was particularly welcome at the end of the day. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, but we did spend time sitting out on the terrace, looking over the lake and pond area, which was a very pleasant way to unwind. The surrounding area also has some excellent dining options. We chose to walk to Gia Cafe and Restaurant for Vietnamese Pho Bo, which was authentic and thoroughly enjoyable. There was no porter service at this price point, but that didn’t matter, as the room was easy to access and everything was straightforward. As we only stayed one night, we didn’t have time to experience the pool or the main restaurant, which we would happily do on a longer stay.
There was nothing I didnt like.

For the price totally not worth it third bed wasn't a bed was a sofa bed and wasn't made up. The view wasn't the lake as shown on booking was buildings bugger all milk 200ml for 3 adults a joke!!!! Like should of had a mini bar !!! No shampoos etc to have for free it was a basic room uncomfortable king bed. I get there then told have to pay $250 deposit on top of $269 no way!!!! My sister had to pay then dinner expensive.
