"One of the best places to stay for the Snow Festival"

Location is amazing; 3min away from bus and train stations, from shopping center and delicious local stores, restaurants and more. It is very close to the Susukino Venue of the Snow Festival and not far from Odori Park. Facilities are also nice; normal amenities package; and buffet breakfast. The staff is amazing - they helped with restaurant reservation and luggage storage; and they speak very good English too. The room is spacious and it even has nespresso machine.

To be honest, nothing. Seriously. I know I had better breakfast at other places like Sheraton but it's irrelevant to compare. Mercure's breakfast is really good too with a lot of variety.

"A convenient, comfortable stay in a great location."

We stayed one night at the Mercure Hotel Sapporo and it was perfect for us. The central location is excellent, and the fact that the Niseko Resort Liner picks up directly from the hotel made our trip incredibly easy. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, and check-in was quick and friendly. A great choice for a short stay in Sapporo.

The only downside was the breakfast buffet, fairly standard for a hotel, and a bit pricey for what was offered.
