Pros: Free laundry, decent breakfast options. Cons: several rude staff members made our extended stay uncomfortable. Some staff were regularly preoccupied with their own personal cell phones. Pool was drained for construction storage and this was not communicated at time of reservation. Room was dirty and had several items that were damaged or in disrepair upon our arrival. The hallway air conditioner was not functioning and made things very uncomfortable. For the price we paid, I expected better quality. Booking through a third party also made things more difficult for us. I will not use a third party service again.

Overall a good stay. Clean & comfortable. We were there for 3 months. Biggest PRO: The people. Thank you Mary (front desk) for getting us a suite so we had a family place for the 3 months and didn't have to move our dog between rooms a lot. Thanks to John Paul/Crystal especially for the breakfast bar, loved the small quiches. VERY pet friendly. Walking area out back with place for dog poopy bags. Nice neighborhood behind. Wawa, with full sidewalk around its building and parking lot, in front. Everyone was friendly and helpful. CON: a bit dated.

Very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

Didn't have an iron in the room. Breakfast ends too early. Should end at 10:00 AM. Tv in living room wasn't working at all. TV in back bedroom wouldn't get internet, so we just watched local channels. I always clean the dishes before using them anyway, but one had oatmeal stuck inside. I soaked it and cleaned it, even though I used another one, for the next guest. Cleaning lady just walked in the room without knocking at around 10AM, even though check out isn't until 12pm. She wasn't rude, she apologized and , just seemed a bit confused.
