1. El personal no está capacitado en atención en cliente. 2. La habitación nunca fue limpiada en el momento adecuado. 3. La llave de la puerta no funcionaba correctamente. 4. No saben solucionar problemas. 5. No saben tratar a la gente. 6. Nos retiramos del hotel dos días antes por todo esto, y no nos reembolsaron dinero alguno.
