Breakfast was good. It is also well situated. Most of the staff that i dealt with were friendly and helpful.

Faulty aircon compressor outside our bedroom window. Reported on the night and was told no one else is complaining about it! Reported again in the morning and by the time evening arrived, it was still not attended to

The room space is big and very will organize. The bedroom was saperate from living room that was very cozy. I living room area is big and we can see the valley view. Breakfast is excellent with many choices.

When I first enter the room. I notice that the toilet havn't clean propery. I saw hair on the toilet bowl. The shower is a bit confuse on opening and closing, the water temp was unstable.

Property is gorgeous and in a beautiful location

Air conditioner was not working in the bedroom, told reception but unable to rectify or move rooms

It was very clean and the check in and check out process was very quick.

The room location was a bit dark.

Not much, enjoyed our stay!

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast wonderful, lots of options. Setting peaceful , rooms wonderful.
