Friendly and helpful staff.

Staff excellent, food very good and breakfast. Location good and lovely stay. Have been several times.

Only the parking a little tight but made worse by people parking cars not in the bays provided. This was mentioned to the staff but didn't do anything

The absence of any lift. The impact was my own fault, since I had not identified that my spouse has a disability which makes stairs a real problem for more than a single flight. Our room was on the 2nd floor. This is a relatively new situation for us - and I had not fully adjusted for all the implications.

Location great…. Lovely stylish road close to train for Liverpool centre. Spotless room, friendly staff, good selection at breakfast. Free parking.

our room was a generous size, when compared with other hotels in a similar price range. There is an excellent bathroom - which had the benefit of daylight (most helpful for makeup purposes), as well as plenty of space to put toiletries. The bed was very comfortable and it was possible to adjust the room temperature - we often find hotel rooms too warm for comfort. Breakfast was very good - there was an excellent fresh fruit salad, as well as all the usual cooked breakfast items - all of which are made to order.

the dinner portions were to large for me- even the "small" version was a bit too much. The quality of the food was excellent.

The breakfast was lovely lots of choice great

No dislikes

Very friendly staff, room for one was excellent. Only stayed one night but would recommend
