"Overall good"

Nice, clean hotel. Spacious room for a nice stay for a few days. Front desk was pleasant, but could be more personable. No breakfast and no pool - which is expensive for the price. Staybridge has a kitchen but has breakfast and dinner during the week. Overall it was good, but had a little more expectation

"Exceptional"

We had a 3-nite stay, but after the first night I developed a medical issue and went to the nearby Baptist Medical Center-East. I was in the hospital 4-days. My wife met with the check-in staff and they were so courteous to her in extending for two more nights in the same room. A big salute to the staff for their concerns about our situation and would ask how I was at the hospital.

Very nice experience...very reasonable price wise & we have a dog, so animal deposit was reasonable...staff was very friendly...we enjoyed our stay for a Friday, Saturday, & Sunday....

"Excellent"

The hotel was ok. The suite was comfortable, it could have cleaner especially the dishes. The staff was nice but could use some on the job training with operating the cook top. Otherwise, the door between my suite and the one on the right was thin and scary. I could hear the neighbors clearly as if they were in the room with me.

I liked the free fast internet access and the paid HBO premium channels provided. Room was clean and kitchen was well equipped. I didn’t like that the towels in the bathroom were not bleached or treated since after showering once the white towels turned grayish. Staff was very nice and helping. Loved the free laundry facility provided to guests which we took advantage of since we stayed there due to Hurricane Dorian. Cracker Barrel was in walking distance.
