Hotel property was well kept. Staff was friendly & on top of things, overall. Small hiccup in the laundry area was resolved rapidly! Bed was a little firm for my taste, but otherwise room was great. Breakfast staff seemed stressed & a little out of sync, but it could've been a busy day. There is a train nearby (edge of the property) & it sounded the horn in the middle of the night. Be aware of that, if loud noise concerns you. Otherwise the property was quiet. Beautiful river side setting, with flowers & nice seating area.

The free breakfast was amazing. It was not your average free breakfast but was tasty and filling with many options. The front staff was nice. The train blowing its horn near by was not my favorite. We also could not get a luggage cart in the morning to get our cooler and heavy gear back to the car because someone had taken the only two they had on hand and never returned them.

"Great Customer Service"

The staff here is what really makes this hotel. Everyone we encountered either over the phone or in person went above and beyond. The hotel sits on the river and we had a river view room. The room was large and I liked the sink was outside the actual bathroom. We had a one bedroom and it was just what we needed. The only complaint I have was that the bed was very hard. They did try and put a new mattress topper on it to make it softer, but didn't really work. Breakfast was included and it was wonderful. Would probably stay here again and hope that maybe they will have egg crates they could add to bed if too hard for customer.

Very very clean and nicely furnished rooms. Grounds are immaculate and the breakfast wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel on the Missouri River.

Great customer service and quiet rooms. Pool and hot tub were nice. I wish breakfast was earlier. Stayed there expecting to take part in the continental breakfast but did not start until 730. Great otherwise.
