Fantastic welcome by owners. Very friendly. Home from home. Nothing was too much trouble. Superb breakfast. Very clean with everything you need. Close to all amenities and shops and restaurants Will be booking again for next year for longer than 2 nights this time though

Absolute peach of an hotel, Pat the landlady was ever so welcoming excellent breakfast and beautiful on suite room, close to the town centre and all amenities. Home from home going again next year.

The location was brilliant, five minutes from the beach and in a nice quiet area. The Host Pat, was a lovely lady and her breakfast offered a really good selection of traditional choices. We had a very enjoyable weekend and will certainly return to this very reasonably priced hotel.

I had a two night stay whilst working in Bridlington. Pat, the owner, provided a warm welcome and went out of her way to make me feel at home. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast just what I wanted. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely week. The landlady (Pat) made us very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were served up promptly and very hot. We were able to park the car outside the hotel, and Pat paid for the permit. No complaints whatever

Easy to find. Free parking outside the property, lovely welcome very friendly. The property does have live in cats, 3 in total, not a problem for us but some may find it strange. The first day night unless you saw there you wouldnt know there we there but the 2nd breakfast whilst coming down the stairs and in the dinning room you could smell them! Room was lovely very pleasantly surprised with a nice bathroom and plenty of hanging/cupboard space.
