Property Notes

Guests are requested to leave a contact phone number on their booking. Please note, Beachcomber Guest house does not have a 24-hour reception. Guests are contacted at least 7 days before arrival to confirm their arrival time and to check their mode of transport. Beachcomber Guest house is a townhouse with stairs, and the rooms are on different floors. Please note the private en-suite shower room is compact but is for the guests' use only. Hand and bath towels are provided along with face flannels. Please note that Free parking is available on our rear car park. Our car park is not drive in and off it is bumper to bumper and we only have space for 5 or 6 cars at one time. Therefore for guests who do wish to use their car during their stay here may need to liaise with us and guests to shuffle cars around. ALL parking is by PRIOR ARRANGEMENT ONLY and will be confirmed once we have received your car registration number by message via booking.com or by contacting us.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Great location for a quick weekend away. Friendly staff and spacious room. The en-suite was a little rough around the edges and in need of a little modernization.

"100% Worth it!"

A beautiful home with easy and safe access to rooms (unlike other B&B on the seafront) plenty of free parking. Perfect location, close to town and other amenities. We were warmly welcomed by Jules and Ray. The room was full with everything you may need and more! Plenty of storage, fridge, hairdryer, soap, shampoo, tea, coffee etc. Really comfortable bed with Christmas bedding!!! (LOVE) A smaller room but easy to manoeuvre and comfortable for two. Really good price all round. Will definitely be back soon!

Very noisy at night with the traffic outside Water pressure in the shower was very poor Also found a empty durex packet under the bed.

"A lovely place to stay."

The owners were very helpful and very friendly.There was an information folder in the room to explain how things worked. The place was incredibly clean and comfortable. Often single rooms tend to be very small but I had plenty of room to move.

"Fabulous stay in a beautiful guesthouse!"

We stayed in the family suite right at the top of the guest house and had a lovely shower room and small sitting room to ourselves. It was clean and well maintained with everything we could wish for. Ray and Julie were perfect hosts.
